Update: Blood orders in Unity

Pathology IT have now resolved the incident which was stopping new duplicate lab orders from appearing in Unity. However the duplicate lab orders that were generated during the incident will still remain.  Informatics are working with vendor Oracle to find a way to remove the duplicate entries in Unity. We apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused.
