Update: Trac training sessions in 2024

The recruitment team are now hosting trac training sessions every two weeks, the dates for the rest of this year are listed below. Note: these are online sessions conducted over Microsoft Teams.

Trac is the recruitment system used for the whole process from setting up your vacancy to be approved and advertised, all the way through to pre-employment checks and arranging start dates. We will also cover any updates to processes and cover important information surrounding various parts of the process. Whether you are a new user, or already use the system but would like some advice and tips, we will be able to help.

For new users, we will not be able to create an account on trac until you have attended one of these sessions.

For anyone with an existing trac account, we will now be identifying who has attended a session and marking this on your settings. For anyone who has never attended a session, we would encourage you to book on so that we can mark you as compliant.

We can also cover any other recruitment queries you may have in these sessions, so come with your questions ready.
