Stepping Up Programme: Bands 5, 6 and 7

Phase two of the West Midlands Stepping Up Programme has gone live and there are still a number of places available.

The programme is aimed at bands 5, 6 and 7 colleagues who self-define as being from an black, Asian or minority ethnic background.

The course location for all cohorts will be Sandwell Hospital:

• Cohort 5 (Band 5 &6) Module 1: 11 December 2018 and 12 December 2018
• Cohort 5 (Band 5 & 6) Module 2: 25 February 2019 and 26 February 2019
• Cohort 6 (Band 7) Module1: 17-19 December 2018
• Cohort 6 (Band 7) Module 2: 28 February and 1 March 2019

Applications are open and we are encouraging all colleagues who are eligible to apply to complete an application for this amazing course that has seen people from our Trust progress into more senior roles and take the next step in the NHS and beyond.

This course is being funded by the STP, and is a great opportunity to network and develop.
