Star Awards 2025 nominations now open!

Our Star Awards 2025 will highlight the hard work of our colleagues and volunteers, both on the frontline and our supporting services.

Each year we host an awards ceremony to highlight and recognise those who go above and beyond within their roles and for our patients. however this year’s awards will be extra special. as it will be the first since we moved into Midland Met.

To showcase this huge milestone, our awards ceremony will take place earlier than usual on Friday 14 March and will have special categories, dedicated to Midland Met, as well as some of our usual categories.

Nominations are now open, so get thinking about those colleagues who have gone above and beyond this year, been part of something extra special or made a positive difference to the way we work or the quality of care our patients receive. Our Star Awards nominees are colleagues who consistently demonstrate our values – ambition, respect, and compassion – so have a think of people around you that showcase these values in their everyday work and make a real difference to our patients, our people, and our population.
