Social prescribing day digital event: 12 March

Social prescribing enables health professionals to refer people to a range of local, community services. Socially prescribing is becoming increasingly important as we try and achieve the best health and well-being outcomes for our patients.

The social prescribing day online event on Saturday 12 March, 10am – 11am will bring together GPs, community groups, voluntary organisations, medical schools, academics, and students across the UK.
