Scanning of legacy folders only upon request

As we are now 12 months post implementation of EDMS we will no longer be routinely scanning legacy folders.

We will only order the scanning of legacy folders on request.

If you do require a legacy folder to be scanned please complete the form that is found at the bottom of the following connect page https://connect2.swbh.nhs.uk/trustindigital/case-note-scanning/

Once complete please send to casenote.log@nhs.net where the images will be ordered for you.

Images should be available within 5 days – we will respond to your request with confirmation of order and date the images will be available.
