Retail outlets opening hours during the festive period

Our retail outlets across all our sites will have reduced opening during the festive period. Please click here for details regarding opening days and times.

Colleagues working Christmas Day are entitled to a free meal from either the Hallam Restaurant at Sandwell or Arches Cafe at City. There are no meal tickets just arrive at the restaurant/cafe for collection of your meal with either your ID/name badge.
