Reporting a faulty bed which requires an engineer

If you have an issue with a faulty bed on your ward which requires an engineer to attend the ward because the bed cannot be moved, call the Drive Devilbiss Service Line 0845 855 0889.
Note: You will need the serial number from the bed and the make and model. The serial number can be found on the service sticker at the foot of the bed.
The service line number is answered 24/7 and engineers are local and can usually attend very quickly.
If you have a faulty bed which can be removed from the ward, contact portering services and ask for the bed to be replaced with a working bed (City bleep 5817 or ext. 4291, Sandwell bleep 6241).
