Recent near-miss incidents occurring on site

Unfortunately, there have been reports of recent near miss incidents happening across our sites, when a department undertook building works without following the proper procedures. While the situation has been addressed and logged on the Trust and Equans incident systems, this serves as an important reminder for all staff.

Any works or modifications within Trust buildings must be coordinated and approved through the appropriate channels, including Equans Estates Management. This process is crucial to ensuring the safety of our environment and maintaining compliance with regulations.

To avoid any future incidents, we ask that all departments strictly adhere to the established protocols.
