Midland Met General Induction Programme is now live!

This is your chance to get all the essential information you need to know before moving into our new hospital in October and November.
Who needs to complete general inductions?
All colleagues – both clinical and non-clinical who will be moving to and/or working at Midland Met are required to complete the Midland Met online general induction.
It’s a great way to ensure everyone is ready and informed.
The induction programme covers every aspect of working in the new hospital, from finding your way on to site, navigating the new hospital to understanding how the design will support us to deliver safe and effective care.
How to access the inductionIf you’re new to Centric Cortex, don’t worry, you can easily self-register for an account.
It is essential that you click on the enrol button before you watch the videos. This will allow you to press complete at the end of your modules, recording that you’ve completed each section.
This helpful video will guide you on how to access the system and complete your Induction.
Steps to consider:
- Schedule time: Block out time in your diary to complete the induction. We expect general induction to take approximately an hour and a half, however it will be split up into modules – you don’t have to complete it all in one go.
- Check you have a working login: Use the link to log in and confirm you have access to Centric Cortex.
