Wellbeing Wednesday: Men’s health and wellbeing

Many men have common health concerns however, it is recognised that men are often less likely to talk to someone. Male colleagues are urged to consider some of the many ways to support their wellbeing.

Here are some useful ways for men to make a start:

  1. Connect with someone “Let’s Talk”
  • How are you? How are YOU really? There are many options available to you from people who care about YOU.
  • Connect with a colleague or friend, your friends are important, stay connected.
