Issues impacting PACS services

We are aware of an issue impacting PACS services (Image retrieval/archive) and our Informatics team are currently working with multiple vendors to address the fault. We do not currently have a time frame for when this issue will be fixed so we recommend that business continuity plans be invoked and colleagues use SyngoVia during the disruption to service.
