iPM planned downtime: Thursday 12 March

On Thursday 12 March between 5am and 5:15am there will be planned maintenance taking place by the suppliers of our iPM system which will result in approximately 15 minutes of downtime to iPM and ORMIS.

During this time it will not be possible to register patients arriving at the emergency department.

During the downtime patients should be registered on the ED Business Continuity Tool and urgently registered on FirstNet once iPM is available again. If there is any doubt over clinical urgency, please discuss with the ED Shift Coordinator.

It is anticipated that iPM will be operating as normal as soon as the works are complete at 5:15am.
