IPM Messaging – Delay processing backlog of messages

Colleagues are advised that due to an issue with IPM earlier today which has since been resolved, there will be a delay processing some messages in to Unity as the system continues to catch up with the backlog.

Informatics are monitoring the issue and colleagues are urged to contact the IT ServiceDesk on ext 4050 if they have any other issues.
