Informatics Update

The Informatics newsletter and balanced scorecard for April are now available. During April we suffered technical issues that caused difficulties across the Trust. The team has identified the underlying cause and is working to resolve it. We also made progress in improving the IT infrastructure and getting Unity ready for use.
