Important: Pulse essential maintenance on Thursday 20 August at 7am

Please be aware, Pulse our remote access system will be undergoing essential maintenance on Thursday 20 August. Currently due to security requirements Pulse disconnects every 4 hours from the Trust network. This activity will give colleagues an option to extend their connection and avoid the VPN being disconnected at the current 4 hour limit. The work is scheduled to begin at 7am and should be completed by 8am.

Pulse will be fully available during the maintenance; after implementation when colleagues reach the current 4 hour limit they will receive a notification that will allow them to extend their session, giving an option of a 10 minute timer to click extend as below:
