Maintenance affecting the HIE portal taking place today, 3pm

There is an essential maintenance taking place today (Monday 11 January) on the HIE portal in order for our supporting vendor Cerner to apply the latest enhancements for pathology results to display the correct results information in the HIE records.

This will result in the HIE portal that displays Unity and GP information being unavailable for up to 1 hour from 3pm – 4pm today. However, please be assured GPs have alternate means to view this information via the ICE system. Trust clinicians only use HIE for supplementary GP information on occasions.
