Homeless team referrals during the festive period

The Homeless housing navigators will not be available on Wednesday 25 December, Thursday 26 December and Wednesday 1 January.

During this time if a patient needs support outside of working hours, please contact the following organisations below:

  • Rough Sleepers Team – 0800 8807157, after 5 pm on weekends and weekdays.
  • Birmingham Council OOH – 0121 303 2296
  • Sandwell Council OOH – 0121  569 6883
  • SAIF social care and housing –  0333 600 1001, available 24 hours.
  • Heartlands Hostel, 077 022 22111 or 0121 753 5797, available 24 hours.

For the Bank Holidays and weekends only you can call 07596 861603 or 07517 567408  and email referrals@claremontliving.co.uk and rosehouse@claremontliving.co.uk where the team can book hotel temporary accommodation on an emergency basis only if eligible

St Catherine of Siena Catholic Primary School, Great Colmore Street, Lee Bank, Birmingham, B15 2AY offer food and shelter. Open for 5 days from 10am on Wednesday 24 December until 10am Wednesday 28 December.
