Help us improve your governance database

Did you know the governance database (Safeguard) is used to capture, manage and report on a wide range of things: incidents, risks, audit, complaints, PALs, litigation, inquests and information requests?

This information is really important for monitoring, learning and managing activities and we think it is really important that the system supports colleagues to use it.  We want colleagues to be able to provide high quality and relevant information as quick and easily as possible – it’s also vital that the information is accessible as required by teams.

To support the review and improvement process, we want colleagues to help us, by completing a short survey. This will help us identify key areas of improvement that would make a difference for colleagues using the system. Don’t worry about telling us about any frustrations with the system, we really value this – if we don’t know about the issues, we can’t address them!

The survey is anonymous and will be used to prioritise improvements that ultimately help us improve quality and safety for patients and colleagues at our Trust. Click here to access the survey.
