Colleagues are reminded that in this time of pandemic there is a national spotlight shining on the NHS, that will attract media attention to gather content for their outlets and social media. The communications team monitors both press and social media to provide a cuttings service for our senior leadership team, to ensure we are informed and can respond quickly to negative enquiries or coverage. The Trust has a bank of trained media spokespeople who can be asked to respond to an interview request in any area. This ensures we maintain our reputation to be a provider of high quality integrated care.
