Free Pilates with relaxation classes taking place

Taking charge of your own health and wellbeing with free Pilates classes which are planned to take place soon at Sandwell Hospital.

Suitable for all levels of ability, experience and ages,  work on improving muscle  tone & strength, postural alignment and balance in relaxing, calm environment.

Venue: The Berridge Room adj Courtyear Gardens, Sandwell Hospital (formerly Courtyard Training Room)
