Essential upgrade to Trust reports system this Thursday from 7pm

Please be aware that an essential upgrade will be taking place on Thursday 13 May from 7pm to the supporting infrastructure and software for the SWBH Trust reports system. You may recall this activity has been rescheduled from a few weeks ago. This will help improve stability and performance for the reporting system and should take around 4 hours.

During the upgrade, SWBH Trust reports service will be unavailable for up to 2 hours from 7pm. The upgrade has been scheduled at this time to try to minimise impact and works will begin at 7pm and should be completed by 11pm.

Once the upgrade is completed, you may notice a few changes in the interface display which is shown below and you may need to change any pre-saved bookmarks/favourites
