EPR usability survey

NHS England and NHS Improvement have launched their national electronic patient record (EPR) usability survey and are encouraging all clinicians to complete the survey.

The survey has been designed to capture the experience of clinicians who use an EPR system in their work, looking at how easy and intuitive it is to use, what functions they find most helpful and their views on the training and support they have received.

The questionnaire will take about 8 minutes to complete and is designed to explore your professional experience of using EPR system(s) where you work.

By participating in this research, you will help NHS England and NHS Improvement understand how your EPR system is working for you, including where it is performing well and where more can be done to enhance your experience.
