Drug safety notice: Atracurium 250mg in 25ml injection

There is currently a manufacturer’s delay with atracurium 250mg in 25ml injection, with further supplies expected by the end of April. Atracurium is also available as a 25mg in 2.5ml injection and a 50mg in 5ml injection, which will be available in the interim period whilst supply of the 250mg in 25ml injection is delayed.

Note: Please continue to store all strengths of atracurium in the fridge. Segregate different vial sizes where possible.
