Drug notice – new product available: Phosphate polyfusors

Phosphate polyfusors should now be used in place of addiphos vials.

Note: Addiphos vials may still be used on the advice of the specialist nutrition team for re-feeding syndrome, or in a critical care setting where smaller volumes of fluid may be required
