Do you know how to escalate an issue to our estates provider?

The service helpdesk email address for ENGIE has now changed to SWBH-Helpdesk.uk@equans.com. The email address of SWBH-Helpdesk.uk@engie.com will be inactive from Thursday 30 June.

As you may be aware, Equans (formerly ENGIE) is our estates facilities management provider for our current hospitals and the Midland Metropolitan University Hospital.

The team is also responsible for looking after estates facilities management, reactive maintenance, programmed planned maintenance, lifecycle works, small works and some capital works.

To make working with Equans as straightforward as possible we kept the same phone number. This means if you need an estates maintenance job logging, you call 0121 507 4444 as you have done previously. You can also access an online jobs portal via the homepage of Connect.
