Developing aspirant leaders programme event: 17 June

NHS England and NHS Improvement (Midlands) is about to open applications for its developing aspirant leaders programme (DAL) – cohort 2. This innovative programme supports ethnic minority nurses and midwives aspiring towards a senior leadership role.

The event is aimed at:

  • Ethnic minority nurses and midwives (band 6-8a)
  • Potential executive sponsors
  • Line managers
  • HR and OD personnel
  •  Communications personnel
