Dementia, Delirium and Distress Team win ‘Personalisation of Care’ award

We’re delighted to share with you our Dementia, Delirium and Distress Team have won the ‘Personalisation of Care’ award from the Patient Experience Network National Awards.

They were recognised for their unique and pioneering model of care for patients experiencing confusion and distress during admission.
