Charity partner impressed with Midland Met

Following our patient safety site visit to Midland Met last Friday, the Trust hosted a visit to charity partner Bethel Health & Healing Network. Based in Balsall Heath, Birmingham, CEO Jennifer Jones-Rigby and Manager Margaret King accompanied our safety team.

Jennifer commented: “We provide doula eternal health services for pregnant ladies, so this visit was important to gain an insight into the care in the Serenity unit at Midland Met. It was fantastic to see and incredibly impressive.”

Margaret commented: “After working at City Hospital many years ago, it is a pleasure to view the remarkable facilities at Midland Met. The Serenity unit was impressive, and the overall hospital looks like somewhere that both patients and staff will be happy and will receive the best possible care.”
