Assertiveness, confidence and resilience training

This is a three hour session which will give an understanding on what confidence and self-esteem is, will look at our current skills and qualities and what an ‘ideal’ would look like. It will offer practical skills development on becoming more assertive and practical techniques on saying ‘no’, increase your awareness of how joy/happiness increases confidence and how to build resilience through lifestyle choices – 5 Ways to Wellbeing.

Delegates will be provided with information, participate in practical exercises and share personal experiences and will be provided with a work booklet.  This approach enables practical skill development for future application and peer support.
