Aspiring to Excellence PDR – is your Mandatory Training up-to-date?

We are coming to the end of the PDR cycle and about to enter our moderation period.

Part of moderation is to ensure objectives are SMART and that scoring is consistent against the criteria defined in the PDR form. One of the essential criteria for all roles is to have all mandatory training that is up-to-date.

Please check your mandatory training record by clicking here and ensure this is correct and up to date.

During moderation scores of a 3 or 4 will be reviewed to ensure that mandatory training has been completed and records held on the system reflect that.
