Are you a qualified mentor/ sign off mentor with at least 12 months experience? Have you read the New Nursing and Midwifery Council’s (NMC) new Practice and Proficiency standards?

If so, we are looking for participants to take part in this study!

Why take part?

To explore your experiences of mentorship and how existing mentors and sign off mentors interpret the new standards for practice and proficiency.

What will I need to do? 

Take part in an interview about your experiences of mentoring students in clinical practice and how the new guidance impacts on the mentorship you provide.
