Are you interested in a carers group for carers?

Here at SWB we want to introduce a staff group for carers. We recognise that being a carer can have distinct challenges and a lot of carers are often hidden. We have many colleagues at the Trust who have numerous caring responsibilities and then come to work to perform their role. We are hoping to set-up a forum in the future, and we are scoping if there would be enough interest. The forum would be confidential and a safe space to talk to each other and learn about benefits and other support that may be available for staff in this position.
