Anticoagulant service DAWN system upgrade: 2 October

Due to an essential upgrade of the DAWN anticoagulant dosing system, the Anticoagulant service will not have access to their electronic patient records for dose adjustments on Wednesday 2 October.

Action required:

  • For patient/dosing queries: Please telephone the service on 0121 507 3615. A team member will assist you.
  • If you cannot reach the above number: Please call 07812 771011.

Note: Normal service will resume at 8am on Thursday 3 October.
