12 Lead ECG cascade training now available

Colleagues who wish to become cascade trainers are invited to book onto ‘ 12 lead ECG cascade training’ the sessions will be classroom based and will begin the first week of August.

The training can be booked via ESR. Colleagues must complete the pre-reading as well as the module 12 lead ECG training via Centric Cortex.

For those who wish to complete the competencies in 12 lead ECG, they must complete the other modules above as well as the competency booklet but will not need to attend the ESR training.

Colleagues will then need to complete the practical module with a cascade trainer for their clinical area.

Note: Maximum of 10 members of staff per session. This training is open to all band 5 nurses and above.
