Do you care for people as they are dying in our hospitals?

All over the country staff are taking part in a national survey to measure their confidence levels in delivering care to dying patient and those important to them as well as their opinions on the working culture and how well it supports good care at this important time..

The data generated will be used to help us improve patient, carer and staff experiences.
