Enrol now for computer password reset

From 31 January, it will be compulsory for you to enrol in the password self-service reset.

You will be prompted to enrol from your log in page and will be asked to set up five security questions. If you forget your password, these questions can be used to reset the password yourself rather than calling the IT Service Desk.

Once you have enrolled, you can use the ‘reset password’ option on the Windows log in screen you see when first switching on your computer or laptop.  If you are on a different device to your normal one, e.g. when on a ward or in ED, you can reset a password via: https://passwordreset.xcht.nhs.uk/specopsPassword/Reset
