Stepping Up Programme 2018 Update

Phase two of the West Midlands Stepping Up Programme went live at the beginning of October 2018 with a Band 5 and Bad 6 cohort

Due to the number of applicants from across the STP we have had to move the second and third cohort dates and have a number of places that are currently unfilled.

The programme is aimed at bands 5, 6 and 7 staff who self-define from Black, Asian or Minority Ethnic back ground.

You will find attached the approved NHS Leadership Academy Applicant Guide.

The location for these cohorts will be in Sandwell & West Birmingham Hospitals

The online application form is live and will remain so for a number of weeks.

I will ensure that you get the information regarding who has applied from your organisations within a few days of the cohort being filled

Once we have the numbers from each organisation confirmed we will then email each successful and unsuccessful candidate.
