SWB Benefits Portal Upgrade

Our SWB Benefits Portal is having an upgrade. It will still include all the features you currently enjoy but will be more user-friendly. The site will be unavailable on 11 November, during which time you won’t be able to log in, use any downloaded vouchers or access the salary sacrifice scheme links. The new version will be live on 12 November.

Your existing log-in credentials and account details will remain the same and any unused vouchers will appear in the new version.

If you use the SWB Benefits app, you will need to download a new version of the app to access the portal. To do this, search ‘Hapi 2.0’ on the App Store or Google Play.
