We have an ambitious people agenda at SWB which we are proud of, and we recognise that offering a learning and development service that reflects these bold ambitions will enhance the experience of our people and local communities. We have listened to your feedback from the staff survey that it would be helpful to have corporate learning and development opportunities in one place. We have therefore developed our first SWB Learning and OD Brochure for you. This guide has been designed to showcase the different learning and development opportunities provided by SWB and what can be accessed more widely across the NHS.
