Birmingham and Solihull ICB are determined to make working in health and care in Birmingham the best it can be. With Our Open Conversation colleagues can safely, openly and anonymously share their opinions and ideas.

Using what they have heard previously, the ICB have drafted a set of pledges that address your key concerns and priorities. Now they want to test these pledges with even more staff before they start putting them into action later this year.
