Black Country ICB falls prevention shared learning event: 10 July

The Black Country ICB Incidents and Learning Team are hosting a Falls Prevention Workshop on Wednesday 10 July where will be promoting all things ‘Falls Prevention’ in the Black Country.

The event will consist of sharing best practices, discussing any Trust-identified areas for improvement, holding activities based on real RCA reports to encourage cross-system learning, and introducing guidance for (falls) incident reporting under PSIRF (Patient Safety Incident Response Framework).

There will be many engaging activities throughout the day as well as an opportunity to network with colleagues from neighbouring Trusts and share ideas.

The ICB is looking for keen representatives from the Trust, with a specific focus on colleagues who work alongside patients at risk of falls.
