Meet the PSIRF team – departmental visits

The Trust is excited to announce the launch of the  Patient Safety Incident Response Framework (PSIRF) will go live on Monday 1 April, this will replace the Serious Incident Framework. This transition marks a significant step towards enhancing patient safety and incident response within our trust.

To welcome PSIRF to our organization, the PSIRF Team will be visiting all departments and wards. This is an excellent opportunity for you to meet the team, understand what PSIRF is all about, and learn how it will positively impact your day-to-day workload.

During these visits, the PSIRF Team will be available to answer any questions you may have about PSIRF, its implementation, and its benefits. We encourage everyone to be prepared to engage in discussions and make the most of this opportunity.

These visits will commence from:

  • Wednesday 20 March, Sandwell
  • Thursday 21 March, City and Sandwell
  • Friday 22 March, City and Sandwell
