Personalisation of care event – vulnerable adults 15 March

The patient experience team is hosting their second ‘ Personalisation of care ‘ event on Friday 15 March from 9 am to 4pm in the Conference Room, Sandwell Education Centre.

The day will be themed around vulnerable adults and personalising their care, the day will be filled with external speakers along with a lunch break.
