Health Information Week
July 3, 2023
Tuesday is the second day of Health Information Week. High quality health information can have a huge impact on people’s ability to stay healthy and manage illnesses effectively, giving them a better quality of life. We all need health information that we can trust. We also need to look after our well-being, whether our mental health or our physical health. In response to these needs, each day a different topic has been chosen and then resources for both healthcare staff and members of the public, to support that topic have been identified. Today’s topic is mental health and wellbeing. The resources are available here.
If you are struggling to find evidence or just want a refresher on how to search for information, library runs evidence searching sessions to help you locate evidence, statistics or information for work or for a course. The next session Wednesday 5 July, 2pm. To book on the session or for more help, please contact the library at swbh.library@nhs.net .
Come to the first floor, BTC or main reception, Sandwell Wednesday 5 July, 10am – 12pm.
