ESR helpdesk closed

The ESR helpdesk will be closed from Thursday 21 December until Thursday 4 January 2018.

ESR downtime

Users are advised that the ESR production service, ESRBI and eLearning will be withdrawn at 12:00 noon on Wednesday 27 December, in order to apply Release 37.0.0.0. and Agile Release 37.1.0.0.

The system will become available on Tuesday 2 January 2018.
