ICS portfolio senior specialist role is part of the ICS portfolio team and has been established to enable transformational change and delivery at system level within the Black Country, working with statutory and VCSE partners.

Main duties of this role include working to the ICS portfolio senior manager to support the functioning of the single point of contact (SPC) i.e., for information and requests for reporting coming into and out of Black Country Integrated Care System.
