Coming soon – online e-learning modules on ESR for end of life care training

While the results of a recent audit showed some good examples of care at SWB, it also showed there is certainly room for improvement and a need for greater consistency in end of life care across our many settings. A Trust wide quality improvement project has been focussed on equipping teams with the resources and support needed so that we can all play our part in enhancing end of life care at SWB. This includes a new training package that will be coming your way soon!

Each job role will have a bespoke selection of modules to ensure relevance to your daily clinical experience. This required learning will be a refresher for some, new for others, but helpful for all in equipping multidisciplinary teams to deliver excellent care at the end of life. Attendance will be monitored and you will be able to upload certificates to your portfolios to evidence CPD. Be sure to keep checking the communications bulletin for further updates.
