Maternity retention project survey

Do you work in midwifery? Are you new to the profession or do you have multiple years’ experience? The Midlands regional perinatal team want to hear from you. The team want to get a better understanding of the experiences and challenges of a career in midwifery throughout the wider region, including within our trust.

With the assistance of Arden and GEM Commissioning Support Unit who, as part of the NHS, support healthcare organisations to meet the challenges they face, the Midlands Regional Perinatal Team have created a survey to gather useful insight from those working in midwifery. The insights will be used to help shape the future of midwifery within the region, including training needs and support, and what you really need to help do your job as best you can.

The survey should take between 5-10 minutes to complete and can be completed by clicking here. This survey closes on Sunday 8 May.
