Star Awards 2018: Chairman’s Award for notable contribution to the local health and social care system – 9 days left to nominate

There are only 9 days left to get your nominations in for the upcoming Star Awards.

Do you know an individual or team who has made a significant contribution to the health and wellbeing of patients, carers or the public in the Sandwell and West Birmingham community?

The award winner will have demonstrated how they have linked up different teams or organisations, and been instrumental in breaking down barriers for the benefit of patients or the wider population.

Nominate them for the Chairman’s Award for notable contribution to the local health and social care system in this year’s upcoming Star Awards!

Ways to nominate:
